PICK UP & PAYMENT DATES:

Thursday, January 22nd, 10AM to 6PM.
IMPORTANT LOADING INFORMATION: There are both ground level and dock high loading.
A forklift will be onsite to take down items from mezzanine and on racking at no charge (this does not include loading). However there will be a "FOR HIRE" forklift onsite for loading (Dan at 612-803-4350).
Bring your own tools, equipment and carts to disassemble and remove your items. Much of the office furniture will require tools to take apart and detatch from walls.
DO NOT BID IF YOU CAN NOT PICK UP DURING THESE TIMES (See Shipping Info Below)

INSPECTION DATES:
Monday, January 19th, 10AM to 6PM.

PROCEDURE:
Online Bidding Only. The auction will start to close at 6 PM Tuesday, January 20th. The close will be staggered (5 Lots per minute). In addition there will be Extended Bidding, which means items that have bids placed within 3 minutes of its closing time, the time will extend for 3 minutes. This will continue until there is no activity for 3 minutes.

TRANSPORTATION OF MERCHANDISE:
The buyer is solely responsibly for the disassembling, removal, and transportation of all items. Auction Masters does not provide shipping, transportation, or loading.
