For over 40 years Auction Masters has pioneered new technology for our industry. On the day we opened our doors, we dedicated ourselves to giving customers the best experience possible. Our commitment to customer service drives us forward, exploring the most valuable tools for everyone in the auction process – sellers and buyers alike.

We’re excited to announce some amazing updates to our software at Auction Masters that will improve the customer experience across the board. Selling and bidding with us will be easier, quicker, and more secure than ever. We have thoroughly vetted and tested these updates and can testify that they truly do improve the bidding and selling experience. 

Because of the high value, we place on our customers, we are again working on the cutting edge of technology, transitioning and growing into the most reliable, most efficient auction company possible.

A New Perspective. A Better Experience.

Our love for live auctions is as steadfast as ever. There is nothing that compares to the energy of a live auction. Whether you’re visiting your first auction, or you’re an auction pro, you’ll likely agree that there is nothing quite like this kind of live event. There is also nothing like having a low bidding number that signifies being one of the originals, an early adopter. It’s a badge of longevity that says “I was there. I attended the live auctions. I’m an auction veteran.” We must admit, our fondness for the nostalgia of the ‘good old days’ has been a major factor holding us back in exploring this next step. 

And then we decided to look at this opportunity from a different perspective. Just like when we were one of the first auction companies to offer online selling and bidding in the early days of the internet, we want to keep progress and innovation at the forefront of serving our clients. First, these new updates will be a major step forward in security. We will be equipped with a robust cyber security platform, ready to protect our clients at a scale like never before. 

Next, with these updates we will be able to provide all of our customers with a streamlined experience that is easy to use on any type of device. We believe that this will allow us to provide you with an enhanced customer experience. The mobile and smartphone integrations are amazing. Because we are always striving to build a better bidding platform, and we recognize that our mobile phones are powerful bidding tools, we put our focus on mobile technology to make it easier for bidders and sellers to participate in auctions online using the device that is always in their pocket or close by.

That’s right. Just as we were one of the first auction companies to be internet friendly, we are now one of the first to be mobile friendly!

The Auction Masters Pledge

We are dedicated to making this transition smooth and seamless. We will be here to help all of our long-time clients and our new clients with learning how to navigate the new system. The best part is that this has been created with our clients in mind. So it’s a very intuitive process that even our ‘low tech’ teammates were able to understand very quickly! With all of this testing, we have created an application that we are sure you will love! 

Here is what you can expect in a tentative timeline and a breakdown of the information and benefits about the new system:

Timeline

  • The last auction on the current system will end August 25th.
  • Sometime between August 26th and August 29th the new site will appear.
  • You WILL need to register for a new account.
  • Credit Card will be required for verification purpose ONLY.

New Software Benefits

  • You’ll enjoy a fresh, more user-friendly interface.
  • You get excellent mobile technology that makes it easier to participate in auctions on your smartphone. 
  • Apps will be available for you on Android and iPhone!    
  • You’ll never have to miss an auction closing again with app notifications. 
  • You’ll have the ability to easily manage your bidding profile, 
  • You’ll be able to view past purchases and navigate to items you previously bid on.
  • You’ll enjoy the convenience of being able to easily pay with a credit card.
  • You’ll proactively receive outbid notices through the app instead of multiple emails.

And these are just some of the conveniences you’ll experience with our updated software! As we mentioned before, client loyalty is a true gift for us. We are going through a time of transition and growth. Updating our bidding software is part of that process. A large reason we have held off on this major move is because we care so much about the customer experience. We know that your low bidding number represents a badge of longevity. Many of you were at the live auctions that we all miss. But technology is continually driving us to innovate. Permanent bidding numbers will not be possible going forward, but the benefits of this new technology will greatly improve your experience with our team. And not to be forgotten, we value your personal information and privacy at the highest level. These updates will equip us with a cyber security platform that allows us to provide scalable security.
